      Work from Home Job

      Pros

      Having the flexibility to be able to work from home and not have to drive into a office. This has made it easy to complete projects and work in a efficient and effective manner. I know you have to be self driven and be able to complete task in a timely manner. I have see the reward of working hard and completing tasks that were given to me. Point is you have to do the job you are hired to do. If you like to work hard and get rewarded for the hard work you will enjoy working here as much as I do.

      Cons

      As their are always cons to each job you may hold for me no benefits has it downfall. But this doesn't deter me form liking my job and role at ProTrain.

      Pros

      I’ve been with ProTrain just over 2 years. It’s a strong, excellent company to work for. Having the ability to work from home is a definite plus. ProTrain provides the materials needed to work from home. Company management is fair and listens to its employees. The company is a great fit for me with flexibility to attend to family and still have an interesting job. Regular virtual meetings and training sessions bring us together to facilitate information and cohesiveness.

      Cons

      Working at a virtual company can be a bit challenging. I think it takes a disciplined person to stay focused on the work at hand and I can see where an undisciplined person could go astray. On occasion, I do miss the interaction of an office setting, but the moment is fleeting.

      Pros

      Work from home in a self paced atmosphere. Management and coworkers easy to work with. Friendly atmosphere. Many opportunities for growth and advancement. Voices are heard and ideas put into place. Job is fulfilling. Work/Life balance is good.

      Cons

      Time off is accrued yearly instead of being fully available at the beginning of each year. Can be some work drama when coworkers don’t communicate clearly with one another.
