In my experience, payroll is extremely unreliable. Multiple paychecks were late, partial, or unclear, and communication around pay was inconsistent and stressful. Some staff even had to be paid through non-payroll methods while waiting for their actual checks, which made the workplace feel unstable and unprofessional.
There is very little transparency about when you will actually be paid for the work you’ve done, and it puts employees in a difficult position, especially those who show up consistently and rely on timely paychecks.
Overall, the environment feels disorganized, chaotic, and unsupportive. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for stable, reliable employment. Terrible PTO policy, sometimes PTO doesn’t get put in.
