Bosses and employees cared about their work. People followed through on tasks and committed to being excellent and having integrity. Raises were actually in the $’s and you felt acknowledged financially and in your work.

Very high expectations and stress.

Remote, create your own schedule, supervisors are generally available at all times.

Cons

Turnover in all positions. I had 7 supervisors in 4 years. Company sold to larger, nationwide investigations firm, no bonuses or annual raise.
