Pros
Good projects for freshers. Flexible timings. Nice supporting staff. There are *some* engineers with very strong technical skills. Interaction with multinational clients.
Cons
The management seems to be focused on just moving along as it is and not progress. Salary issues observed in the past. Not much importance given to people in the lower level.
