Smaller sales team so the communication is there as to what is going and why. Most people genuinely want to see you do well and assist and are open to talking. Pretty laid back work environment so it doesn't feel like a churn and burn. Leadership is definitely around and available enough to help.
Cons
As with most companies that are stuck in startup, Haven't found their niche GTM. Still trying to find their spot and so that makes finding defined verticals, ICP's, and overall outreach strategies sporadic. I would the comp plan is not the best, but if you're trying to start in SaaS sales, it's as good a place as any.
