Whilst we encourage in-person meetings with candidates and clients, this is not always possible and therefore a lot of our day to day activities are phone based. Being able to connect with candidates and clients over the phone is a fundamental part of the recruitment process. This includes a monthly Learning and Development calendar, online learning resources, one to one coaching, and bespoke training on demand. We also set clear quarterly goals aligned by level and region, with regular manager check ins to support progress. We work hard to maintain transparency around goals, performance expectations, and progression.
