      Pros

      Not many pros at all. I guess you could say pay but there are thousands of other jobs that pay just as good in the Atlanta area.

      Cons

      Probably the most unethical company i've ever worked for. They basically want you to lie to the members/clients just to make more money for the company. They once fired a girl in her third trimester for "performance" so just let that sink in. The leadership does not care one bit about the employees- we were just a tool to them. They set unrealistic growth/budget numbers for you to hit and then expect you to explain why you aren't hitting your numbers.
