Everyone works together to improve how we do things and make sure we’re really helping our customers. I feel proud knowing that our work helps people in government contracting roles save time, which allows them to spend more moments with their families instead of staying late at work! The work environment is so supportive. I love having friendly coworkers who are willing to help whenever needed. Our leadership is honest and keep us informed about what’s going on in the company. Expectations for our jobs are clear, and we understand what goals we should be working toward. It is the most engaging and rewarding companies I've ever worked for.
Cons
As the company is always improving and changing, it can take some time to adjust to new processes or updates. This is not a company for someone with a big ego.
