ok so where do we start from- one word for this organisation is people have fallen from Hell and then shaked hands and created a company which has such a toxic culture you wont believe.
You need to be management favorite to survive here, pathetic appraisal process, old polies and employee benefits such as insurance etc are pathetic as compared to market standards- in the name of bell curve- they reduce everyone's rating even though you have done your best. (coz the so called C**O of this firm is living by this philosophy, instead of creating a culture of high performance, he is creating a culture of saving money by reducing ratings and low hikes) I have never seen a C**O like him who is never vocal in any org platform whatsoever may be just to avoid the questions etc.
one of the function under him has totally collapsed and till date he has not enquired about the real cause of the issue which I tell you is the unfair and bias approach towards non deserving employees, which in short feels like a personal exchange of benefits. The next layer under him is also absolutely useless where no work happens, and managers are simply warming their seats by doing a consolidation activity like excel files and these i am talking about people at Director level- what a shame! ( its too late for you guys to find a job outside as well as no one will hire you for consolidation skills hahahaha). These managers only bother to micromanage the team over leaves and will restrict you to take any leaves etc. Grow up you people, see the world outside.
Also the Goals given to employees are so unrealistic for which even if you tell your RM during 1-1 that this specific Goal cannot be achieved 100%, to which he agrees however says what to do this is what it is--- so do you think we employees are fools. I mean what hypocrites you people are.
These words are a reflection of what has gone wrong and a mental torture in this workplace.
