1. My boss back then and the HR were quite interfering. They love discussing your personal lives with/without you. 2. They have a 2 month notice period so if you want to switch to another company congratulations you're gonna have a hard time convincing these people 3. They hire you at 8K if you are a fresher and don't increase your salary even if you are awesome at work 4. Join at your own risk, I was lucky enough to leave well in time plus I didn't hear any good things about the company from people in my close family circle 5. Loads of politics specially if you are not a boss pleasing person your live is screwed

Card Punching system 8. You are not judged on your skills but on the personal relation with Manager,HR,CEO 9. Zero Learning 10. No Extra perks 11. Short time projects 12. They ask their internal team to put fake reviews on the glassdoor. 13. People in Finance are never ready to help you with your salary issues. 14. Won't suggest anyone to join 15. One thing which is common in all higher management is just good communication skills,other than that they do not have anything .
