Gives 3 shift of 12 hours in a week.

Cons

Cancel all 3 shifts just before each shift trimming. Makes us wait for another month for this cycle to repeat again.

No cons, but they will initially cancel shifts, but later if you are a good worker they will give you shifts.

Reasonable pay rate (according to minimum wages). Freedom of work-life balance, especially for foreign students. Have multiple work locations under their coverage, so have ample employment opportunities.

Cons
