Management couldn't communicate to save their lives, constantly shifting responsibilities and sharing personal gossip that made the workplace feel like a high school drama. Bullying behavior from management only added to the toxicity, making it clear that support was a foreign concept here. Account managers claimed to be stressed while hoarding work and refusing to help, creating a hypocritical mess. Overall, the lack of structure and rampant toxicity made it impossible to thrive. Beware of this company!
