      The company is a joke, toxic communications on all levels and zero transparency.

      Pros

      Good benefits, mostly async work

      Cons

      The previous CEO cared nothing about anything except stakeholders, not even the app itself, or users or employees, only how to share good reports with nice numbers. Then the new CEO fired most of the company in 1 day to replace everyone with his buddies. And they did it in a particularly weird way: made a 2-minute call saying "many will be laid off, we'll let you know, bye" and then everyone in the company waited for 3 hours to know whether they were on the list or not. Pretty much like Squid Game, can't think of a more obvious way to say "we don't care about you all".

      Management Needs Management

      Pros

      While the benefits are incredible, they cannot compensate for the ongoing chaos caused by management's irrational decision-making, which instills a deep sense of fear amongst employees. Management seems to believe employees don't talk amongst each other, but we do, and we are scared of whats going on.

      Cons

      People working at PH are well-aware and fearful of the fact that now several employees have been fired without any reason or warning. We talk. Everyone is walking on eggshells, busting their butts, trying to avoid becoming the next victim while simultaneously knowing that despite their hard work they can still get booted tomorrow. What makes things even worse for longtime employees is that these people are being replaced with even less competent newcomers which is descending the company into even more turmoil. Decisions from the top change on a dime and people are expected to take on WAY too much.

      Catastrophic leadership, extremely toxic work environment!

      Pros

      The benefits are great, but no one uses them since they're all busy killing themselves over work and being aggressive with each other.

      Cons

      The CEO is completely lost (nothing changes in her absence) and everyone is running around in circles and stepping onto each other toes with an absolute lack of business direction and strategy. Employees are always afraid of getting fired and nobody trusts anyone. It's the most toxic environment I've seen, with constant fights and aggressive attitudes all over the place. Days are incredibly long and HR must think they can buy employees with more benefits. Unlimited vacation policy is a total BS and I bet 99% of the people would leave if given the chance. Think twice before applying for this company.
