Good colleagues, supportive senior director, home office perks and overall a nice place to work for a few years maybe. It's a good pit-stop.
Cons
The work environment is extremely fast-paced and often overwhelming. Leadership at the C-level and executive level changes frequently, sometimes quarterly, which creates a lack of stability and clear direction. The compensation does not align well with the volume of work or the expectations placed on employees. Since the most recent leadership changes, there has been a noticeable shift in company culture and work ethics. The new dir is pushing employees beyond reasonable limits, expecting exceptional results without providing adequate training or the necessary support to succeed.
