* other employees are great * loved the creative environment * so many different teams working togethr, super unique * lot to learn
Cons
- i found out every annoying thing that happened was because the owner is super insecure and blew things up just to feel involved - entire concepts or initiatives get scrapped because his ego - new directions doesnt feel better its just different, happened all the time
