Pros
fast paced and full of highly skilled people. company is growing exceptionally well, especially since there is no marketing team to help spread the word. if you have an idea or market feedback, you *will* have your fingerprints on the product - which is really cool. product is unique and differentiated in the market.
Cons
Company's lack of resources - eg: no marketing team, no in-house finance and billing team. This means we need to have people doing things that are not part of their job at bigger companies, and the company doesn't have the best processes in place yet - so it can feel a bit crazy at times.

Pros
Small team means you can literally shape the product, shape the pricing + packaging, whatever you want. Able to have a *real* impact. Company is growing - has a defined product, benefits and ROI. Cofounders are smart and super accessible/ friendly Fully remote team + lots of time off. First Friday of every month off is a. nice touch.
Cons
Lacks typical support you might find at other companies - on the sales side you might have to make up your own piece of collateral from time to time. No Rev Ops or Sales Ops teams. No 401k match
