Professional sales people are not encouraged to be strategic, and must ignore their skills.
Metrics (especially phone time) are more important than results. A long phone call with no sale is considered more important than a sale.
Business model is likely unsustainable.
Agree with previous comment that favoritism is rampant. Don't expect to thrive here.
Also agree that there is absolutely value prop. There is no reason for clients to buy from Productive.
