Good place to start. Don't expect much though.

Pros

It's a great place to start, great co-workers, free food on Fridays, fun events.

Cons

Low pay for the industry, trying to invest in Technology and not it's people. Pressure the staff to do surveys with constant emails.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns and appreciate your honesty. In order for us to receive open and honest feedback we distribute surveys via email blasts which employees, at their own discretion, can anonymously respond to. Since we are an outsourcing company the wages we offer our employees are priced at a lower market level to that of an employee working directly for a technical industry organization. However, we offer variable pay and changes will be made to our compensation strategy in the near future. End of the year bonuses were based on company performance in the years prior, this year they will be based on individual performance with our Performance Management Program. We hope that your prospective of the organization changes and urge you to consider communicating ideas of how we could make positive changes in the environment.

Pros

Employees are able to wear whatever they like into the office every day. Shorts, T-shirts, not a problem. Lunch is free on Friday.

Cons

There is no 9-5 option, shifts are all over the clock and you will be working weekends. Benefits rant: Pay is below average, benefits only cover the employee not family, very few holidays off, PTO is not good at all Culture: This seems to be a selling point to clients and upper management. All FTE are glued to their desks and have no time to "live the values" Starting pay: For IT support or customer service reps is 11-12 dollars an hour. As far as growth is concerned, one can strive to reach the 15$ mark...

Thank you for providing us with your feedback and we apologize if you had a negative experience at PAI. We give our tribe the opportunity to speak up if they do not agree with how operations are being run, not to say changes are made instantaneously, change takes time. However, PAI offers it's tribe much more than just a dollar amount, we provide them with extensive benefits and perks, as well as a unique organizational culture. We hope that you have learned through your experience with us and wish you well at your future employer.
