Pros

This is a small company. If you enjoy wearing many hats and enjoy your contribution being vital to the company's continued success, this place is a good place to land. I worked here for seven years in a technological role - I got to know everyone who held any managerial or supervisory role. Most of the folks are well-meaning. The leadership is pretty available - the open door policy is actually legitimate.

Cons

This is a small company. If you want to advance your career via the titles you'll have, you'll be facing a challenge. The managers have been in place awhile - it's difficult in most departments to get promoted. Still, this place has a family atmosphere to it.
