Pros
Other than the staff that are not management - nothing. Also, I think they've recently changed their name to ProPharma - don't be fooled, same terrible place, different name
Cons
Absolutely everything. Ridiculous workload and unrealistic expectations. They blame you for missed deadlines but if you bring it up to you manager than it's going to happen they don't help or try to work it out - they ignore the issue till a deadline is missed then tell you off and ask why you never asked for help. Very stressful, staff turnover is shocking and almost everyone leaves within 2 years tops. AVOID
