I don't have specific cons- the only cons are ones you would find in any other workplace [can't be lazy, must work well with others, put the customer first, etc]

-Friendly co-workers/managers, everyone has been with the company for a long time. -Stable, and you get an option to work at flexible hours. -Since there are many branch offices, there's a chance for relocation if you want to move to another state or city.

Cons

It's a family owned business. So unless you are a family member, there is no advancement opportunities.

This company is completely dis-functional from the top down. Commissions structure was confusing and not profitable.

Plastics are sold everywhere so there is a diverse market segment to call on.

Cons

The management was terrible in terms of teaching about the various products. No direction whatsoever.
