      Awful Work Environment

      Pros

      There are no pros. Worst company in the world to work for. People get fired for voicing the facts....they are told they are complaining.

      Cons

      Cons...awful, hostile work environment. My friend was fired, and no reason for termination was given. This company is not professional in any sense of the word. Lastly, they work you like you are own a slave plantation. The pay is dehumanizing extremely low. DO NOT WORK AT THIS COMPANY.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Staff is nice- all the way up to Corporate.

      Cons

      Caseload is overwhelming.....too much work and not enough time. Communication lacks between Corporate, Office Manager, and staff. Too much politics. Higher staff will tell you what you want to hear (positive things), but then you get the rug pulled under you before you know it. You are laid off and/or get passed for a promotion.
