Pros

Steady work schedule, decent benefit options. Paycheck every two weeks.

Cons

Company does not have a real human resource department. With 100 employees, that speaks volumes. If you call in sick (even for the first time and you have PTO avail) you get wrote up immediately, even if you have a MD excuse. Also, the commission structure needs to be changed to reflect the line of business a collector is working in. Retail collectors are the lowest paid due to a steady decrease in clientele in that area. There is a them and us mentality amongst collectors. Employees bicker among themselves on a regular basis. Micromanagement is unbelievable. Managers are only concerned about THEIR commission checks/bonuses.

Pros

Free gourmet coffee and ample opportunity to get away with murder on the floor as long as long as you hit your outbound call quota. Management is clueless and only checks their dashboard, since they themselves are miserable working there and realize they have nowhere else to go. Supervisors even spend hours in their car when specific managers aren't in office! Make good friends with management, show up on time and look busy and you've got yourself a great paying job for what's truly required. Management too caught up in being a "Christian" organization to feed their egos and don't understand what truly occurs on the floor. No drugs tests, no background checks and worse in a claimed "HIPAA compliant" atmosphere.

Cons

Put in your time and you'll eventually advance after associates with integrity are chased off. Only one person has ever been hired from the outside.

Pros

This is the best company to work for they offer a flexible schedule as long as you work 40 hours between the hours of 8am and 7pm. The commission is awesome and the base pay is decent. The owners are always having contest to win extra money throughout the month as well free lunches. They recognize you on your birthday and anniversary with a gift as well. They are compassionate an willing to work with you as long as you are doing your job! This has by far been my favorite job I love working here and look forward to coming to work each day!!

Cons

So far I don't see any cons to working here.
