Everything is a con. Underpaid for the market, tell you you'll be in one area and they run you from one side of Michigan to the other. Training, is unpaid and this is illegal surprised no one has reported them to the state yet. I spent three days in training with no pay, and two more days in the field with no pay. They tell you you get free CEUs, however I have never received a login or password to access any of the supposably free CEUs. The office staff, the four employees they have are helpful yet there is no back end support staff as they claim. That'support is in India and you don't even speak to them. The quality of care that the owners preach does not match what happens in the field. I spoke to other therapists who do 50 to 60 home visit a week. There is no way including driving time that these therapist are providing quality care to any patients. It is modern day slavery, they bring people over from India and the Philippines to work for them, they make all employees signing non-compete contract stating they cannot work for another agency for two years after they leave. Unfortunately, the owners don't realize that they are a staffing company, not a Home Care Agency and the non-compete Clause is invalid. This company is as crooked, shady as one can be. I can't believe home care agencies would allow this company to represent them in the field

Where do I begin? Let's start with with the management, or lack thereof. I've never seen a company so mismanaged! The owner takes complete advantage of his employees, paying them peanuts and works them to the bone day in and day out. No PTO, no benefits. Cameras in the offices to watch your every move. This place is a nightmare, the employee turnover rate is proof. No training, and then you get blamed for every little mistake. How anyone can stand to work here more than a few months is beyond me!
