Pros

Good place to start and learn to be a trucker. They're willing to take first time CDL holders. When I worked there, we delivered to several major cities in the Mid-West and the south. Cities like Chicago, Oklahoma City, Memphis, Detroit, Terra Haute, & Little Rock just to name a few. The business is family owned and operated, and while there is plenty of screaming, yelling, and derogatory comments, they also made sure that their people were taken care of. You were usually only out over one night then back for a night.

Cons

They do drive you to death. They us the "AG Exempt" status constantly and driving for 15hrs or more is not unheard-of. After they lost one of their best dispatchers, the string they got after her was about as organized as a WWE free-for-all match.

Pros

You only have to do the bare minimum as long as you show up.

Cons

Supervisors join in on gossip, workers who show up and do less than the bare minimum are more valued than hard working, qualified individuals who have had to miss days for medical purposes. Favoritism and misogyny run deep. As well as racism and you have to work alongside sexual predators.
