Pros
I have been with ProfileGorilla almost 2 years and have known the CEO and COO for almost 10. These guys have taken something that they believed in and turned it into a Company that I am proud to be a part of. Integrity, Transparency and work/life balance are just a few of the qualities that make ProfileGorilla an amazing place to work!
Cons
Because it is a growing company, there aren't as many holidays off as with larger companies. However, they are flexible around days off especially when there are family needs.

Pros
Small shop, so it is a very family oriented atmosphere, with great flexibility! There is a lot of potential for growth and it is exciting getting to help the company along its start-up journey.
Cons
Being a start-up, the staff is too small for any sort of benefits package, but this doesn't bother me.
