Management was hard to work with Training on products and the website was not adequate Employees work room for customers was terrible The call center was in constant disarray Employees and management were loud during work hours and customers could hear everything on the phone which turned customers away

you can call in sick and not get fired. sometimes there is overtime but not often

Cons

take calls for scam companies so all customers are angry. you never get the extra pay for good calls because you get checked for everything on calls
