The schedule was relatively flexible, and we had okay perks. Lots of autonomy.

Cons

Expectations were insanely high, like you were expected to act at a director level in a low-level position without anywhere near the salary to match (the salary didn't even match market rate for your actual role).

A very smart and talented team in every part of the business. There is a lot of autonomy here, and plenty of opportunity for the self-starter. ProfitWell may not be a name brand, but this company is very well-known and respected in its space. Account Executives, specifically, are very well-supported by marketing and business development, allowing you to focus on salesmanship and closing new business. Whatever you do now, working here will make you better.

Cons

The culture here is unique, and - though undoubtedly well-intended - not palatable for everyone. The experience of working here can feel combative and intense. Every idea voiced is liable to be subjected to rigorous debate. The result is often for the better, both individually and collectively. However, some are not a fit with the company's values.
