      Pros

      My journey at Profitroom is already 6 years long. It is a great company that is very agile, so it brings you a lot of opportunities to implement your own ideas. Moreover, we work in a great industry which is hospitality. You always work in the holiday mood.

      Cons

      For some people, agile and flexibility might not be the best environment.

      Pros

      - relatively stable employment - opportunity to work with mature software

      Cons

      - I came across a few projects in my team and the process is very often unrecognized and so many duties are on developer site. There is no such rule as Tech Lead. Often developers are responsible almost for everything - definiately lack of direct and precised feedback - a few English speaking opportunities - yearly pay rise is only theoretical. Classic corporate approach (they will do everything not give it to you)
