Pros
The people are extremely kind and helpful. Whenever you have a question about anything or need guidance there is always multiple people happy to help. Everyone is respected for their opinions and ideas. The boss, Tauseef, is a very smart and educated man that anyone can learn a lot from. He gives every ounce of time and effort into the company and makes you excited to be apart of the Progenra family.
Cons
I personally have not encountered any negative attributes while working here and I strongly doubt I will.

Pros
The company focuses on the most challenging field, the ubiquitin proteasome system. Having such experience makes you very competitive. It is very dynamic here that things happen fast. But the work life balance is quite reasonable.
Cons
Sometimes the experiments can be very tricky and a little stressful.
