Pros
solid architecture company in a field that is really unstable. working on big projects and possibility of expansion abroad that is not that common for italian architectural company. company bigger than many other competitor in the field in italy. good client portfolio
Cons
as for the most of the architectural company doesn't pay well, ask a lot and most of the time the work you do doesn't take anywhere. the company monitor everithing you do and use it against you. is exdtremly business oriented but not innovative at all. they do most of their business by contacts more than by quality.
