Pros
WFH provides flexible working hours, employee feedback is valued. Good guidance from other employees when stuck with a problem. Good workplace culture.
Cons
Working hours are not followed. You are expected to be available the whole day. Late night work is regular. Innovation is absent. Organization focuses only on retail business thus projects that we get are also all of the same kind and gets boring over time. Services based company therefore employees are assigned to handle more than 1 project simultaneously when new customers come in
