Senior employees are just passing time , use to come on holidays for work but actually they are having zero output.
Meetings : some times management spend whole day in meeting just for a silly reason and on important points no body shows concerns.
Time management: Very poor, Bosses them selves are blank and waste their time and forced employees who work under them to waste too.. Burden of work but they dont know where to start what to start.
Keeping secrets related to work: Some senior employees are hiding a lot of important things related to work from management and take their decision them selves. They even dont tell to management about the concern. It happens because lack of interest shown by management. Totally depend upon a single person who is taking advantage of this.
