      Lack of honesty, some shady individuals in the management team

      left alone for the most part if you want an easy life, its the place to be

      useless staff get away with murder, management too scared to tackle troublesome staff good staff get used and put on more while lazy people get away with doing nothing lack of honesty and back bone from management big click in the management department which is stifling progression for others breach's of policy in many areas that are swept under the rug face fit culture god forbid you have an opposing opinion lack of genuine experience in some senior management positions lot of backstabbers VALUES LED ORGANISTION SUPPOSEDLY, I DONT THINK SO
