      You can work a ton of hours and put your life and soul into the company

      Cons

      The company doesn’t give two cents about its employees or its clients. Closing doors people are loosing homes after 40 years and staff their jobs. They do not offer any sort of help for staff when struggling with mental health and rather force you to resign

      - Awesome coworkers and clients - Rewarding (Not financially) - Good job for people who are patient with others - Good job for those who like to help teach others - Excellent work life balance - Virtually unlimited overtime work available

      - Pay is barely a livable wage without working overtime
