Management is truly the worst I've ever experienced in my career.
- rude and extremely abrasive to employees
- rude to clients
- power hungry
- overall lack of people and management skills
- well known for firing employees without just cause
- keeping everything "in the family" even if that individual lacks the required skills or ability to perform the position they've inherited
- failure to provide proper training to new employees
- often displays misogynist qualities
- obsession with physical growth, lack of proper maintenance
- concentration on quantity of patients at a clinic without any consideration for quality of care
- inability to adapt to changing times, makes decisions based on the concept of "this is how we've always done it"
- inability to consider employee suggestions/accept criticism
- complete lack of interdepartmental communication skills
