-Experience -Class office -Good salary for fresh graduates
Cons
-Poor communication between layers, you don't get enough education on products yet you are required to do work on it as you have designed it. -You are required to work different shifts yet they all pay the same, if you work a regular 9-5 shift, you'll be paid the same as someone who works a 12 at midnight to 8 AM
