Pros

You definitely wont get fired as they can't afford to work with any fewer people and expect to get the work done

Cons

• Departments overloaded across the board and understaffed • Managment has no direction or idea what they are doing, more focused on cost savings then growing sales. • No opportunities for advancement • No raises that mean anything, just 5-15cents if you're lucky to get one at all (one person, in particular, has left the company 3 times so that they could be hired back for more money, only way to get a raise) • Minimal time off/vacation days. No sick days offered, must use your own PTO • Minimal to no training for positions across the board, sink or swim environment
