Pros

Some of your co-workers are cool and they did have free yoga on Tuesday that you could do during your lunch.

Cons

The culture feels very top-down, outdated, and resistant to change. Employees are expected to follow existing processes without much room for feedback, experimentation, or innovation. Leadership often emphasizes KPIs and production volume over meaningful improvements to workflow, employee morale, or long-term growth. There is also a noticeable disconnect between upper management and employees. Mandatory meetings often feel more like leadership monologues than useful team discussions, and they do not always address the actual concerns people have in their roles. This workplace may suit someone who is comfortable with rigid expectations and a highly hierarchical environment, but it can be frustrating for those who want collaboration, transparency, and space to contribute new ideas.

Pros

The handful employees who stay out of the company politics are close-knit and supportive, which helps make the day-to-day work environment more manageable.

Cons

There is little to no incentive for innovation or independent thinking in most roles. Management operates through politics, favoritism, and a heavily top-down culture that creates a tense and controlling work environment. Decisions often feel driven more by internal relationships and image management than by employee development or operational improvement. Meetings are frequent, unproductive, and often focused on promoting upper management accomplishments rather than addressing meaningful team concerns. The environment is heavily deadline-driven, and the constant turnover and frequent terminations create an atmosphere of anxiety and instability. Employees regularly watch coworkers get let go, and entire positions are sometimes created and eliminated shortly afterward, making long-term job security feel unreliable.

Pros

Some of the people are nice.

Cons

Nefarious environment and leadership team. You can always tell when they do damage control and push for positive reviews. Just check the dates on all of the recent reviews and put the pieces together.
