      Pros

      Medical coverage, my immediate supervisor was friendly. Most of day spent away from office where the gossiping and backstabbing occurs.

      Cons

      If you are not a family member or friend of the owners they treat you horribly. Poor compensation, long stressful hrs. Micromanagement and games by owner and family.

      Flexible hours, free dental and medical, supporting team and supervisors

      Cons

      Clients can be manipulative, mean, stressful and it can be an overall nerve wrecking job.
