Pros

Interesting work environment and great coworkers. On-site manager was great too. Able to transfer internally to other locations a plus as well.

Cons

Lack of direction from upper management. The pay is low compared to other similar companies. Lack of professionalism from upper management. Don't get PTO payout unless you've worked here for 3+ years. Health benefits aren't the best.

Close to home and friendly coworkers.

Cons

This company should close permanently. They do not buy our supplies in order to care for patients. Seems like a big scam since they took over. They cut employees hours and rely on us to borrow from other hospitals.

Hours are flexible, as long as you get the work assigned done and the company is ethical.

Cons

HR is not great, they take a while to get back to you if at all and are not clear in their answers
