Business outlook
Pros
It's a small company on the US side(less than 10 people), also has manufacturing in China (couple hundred people). Works with a lot of big name companies, and if you are there for about a year or more expect a trip to China.
Cons
Very little benefits: most basic health care, no sick days for first 6 months, no vacation for the first year, then one week (maxing out at three), no 401K and management is all over the place, it was confusing to know who you were supposed to talk to about with any given problem at any time. No chance of opportunity or growth outside what it is you are hired to do.
