Some of the people you work with are superb, bright and have tonnes of potential.

Cons

You will be able to identify bright, talented colleagues - the company, however, chooses to ignore anyone with any potential. Employees do not get any training, benefits, rewards, bonuses or pay rises. Employees do, however, receive a low salary, dirty horrible offices, computers that do not work and a management style which is a mix between outright lies, arrogance and ignorance. They like playing musical chairs with offices, so you can be sent to a different office at the drop of a hat - this rapid change also includes changes to your job. You will be given more work in return for no promotion or rise in salary. They treat people absolutely appallingly and this place should be avoided like the plague by anyone who actually values their career.

I've been with Compelo over a year and have enjoyed my time here. The people who work here are brilliant and very knowledgeable. I have made some great friends from all different working backgrounds. i.e. sales, editorial, HR. The office is 5 minutes from Farringdon station which helps with the commute and we are located 3 minutes from leather lane which may not help as you are spoilt for food choices. The company as a whole has grown a lot since I've been here and continues to grow.

Cons

It would have to be the office. In summer it can get quite hot and its not the prettiest but we still have the basics we need to survive, i.e. fridges, kettles, tea, coffee etc.
