Pros

Best things: no weekends; few holidays; drivers meet a lot of great people.

Cons

Not so good: drivers run into a lot of impatient people who don't leave home in time to be on time for work unless the bus is waiting for them and the traffic isn't too bad and the driver doesn't wait for others who arrive late and they don't need to get coffee from the cafeteria before they get to their job.
