The owner is 100% invested in his employees. He is in the trenches with you and always a support. He knows the more successful his employees are the more successful his business is so he really takes the time to help you learn, grown and accomplish goals. The sales role itself is a lot fun. You sell products and programs that genuinely add value to your customers. You get to build your own book of business and manage your own schedule. You're earning potential is limitless! As a woman raising a family, I can say, a successful career would not have been possible if it weren't for this company. As long as your book of business is growing, your day is your day.
Cons
If you are not a self motivated individual this job isn't for you. There are great rewards with this company but with that comes great challenges. I don't feel there are any cons to working at Progressive Specialty Glass and know that those who have seen negatives are the employees that didn't have the drive to get up and make the choice to be successful.
