1. No-Micro managment 2. Excellent and talented team to work with. 3. Great Managers and always supportive. 4. Best place to learn and gain technical knowledge. 5. Daily standups.

Cons

Not that much but things to be considered, higher management need to consider employees concerns not technical management and Sudden lay off's is something disturbing and sad that i am part of it.
