      A company headed in the wrong direction!!!!!

      Pros

      Autonomy, coworkers, relationships with clients

      Cons

      Everything else. New management was recently promoted after an apparently fraudulent attempt to start their own company was halted. Old management slapped their wrists and then promoted the individuals to President and CFO. Their is a blatant disregard for honesty and integrity and management often pushes employees to participate in these unethical behaviors. Multiple times over the past five years, various employees have refused to participate in these activities and those employees no longer work for PEC.

      Interesting to know different projects and companies

      Pros

      To know different ways to work, strategies, and to push the company to improve the results. Every project is a new experience.

      Cons

      Some times the client change very often the direction of the project, your team it's not the same and then you have to know very well.

      Pros

      Incredibly loyal, friendly and helpful management team. Small office, meaning lots of opportunity to gain experience with different projects/disciplines. Fair pay, great benefits.

      Cons

      Duties and expectations can sometimes be unclear, assumptions of capabilities or experience with tasks/concepts/software can result in stalled growth.
