      working with wonderful people (coworkers and clients), fulfilling work, flexible hours, excellent supervision and training, consistent feedback from supervisors, monetary incentives for passing clients through rehabilitation

      Pros

      A very diverse workforce all has one thing in common and that is to support people so they have a phone and interesting life.

      Cons

      It is a commitment to work here because working with people is so personal. It’s not a job that you can leave easily because you have so many personal relationships.
