      Unlimited growth Expansion bonus Uncapped pay Life skills Experience No seniority CULTURE is the main thing that made me stick to the company. We have tons of fun and everyone is always so positive and willing to help!

      Cons

      I’ve been with the company since they first opened and have learned soo much. Forever grateful for the opportunity and life skills that it has given me. Maecon changed my life more than any company I’ve ever worked for. If you are not willing to work hard and be coachable this company is not for you.

      We expect a hard work ethic and a student mentality. If you do not love personal growth and working hard, this is not the place for you.
