Cons

Significant exposure to troughs in utilisation Very limited ability to influence accounts and locations to where you are deployed No current access to training or development Potential requirement for significant travel and nights away from home

Pros

Amazing team from Leadership down

Cons

As I said Amazing team and that is definitely what makes them great but once you get above the Leadership Team the bullying and toxic behaviour is just too much to deal with, they are meant to be leading the company but all the do is backstab each other.

A great place for decent people to coast - don't look for progression here

Pros

People are good at what they do. Some fantastic people to work with. Good communication with the wider teams. Lots of effort to make remote team members feel part of the organisation. Regular updates and events

Cons

You may as well hand over your LinkedIn account with your offer acceptance letter. You will be told what to post, when to post it and how often you should do it, you will become one of the Project One LinkedIn Robots (just look at who has commented on their posts) or you will be warned and treated like a delinquent child. Little to no scope for progression. A culture of fear where people are pressured into doing things and everything is monitored. 'Expectations' are purely one way and not reciprocated from the top down, respect is rarely shown but is always demanded. Just one member of the executive team / board (one of the owners of the business) are remotely approachable, others don't have the back bone raise anything negative with the CEO (old and new) so nothing ever changes. Expertise is not rewarded.
